Join our team as a Remote Travel Planner and play an important role in helping clients plan their perfect vacations. This position is ideal for individuals who love travel, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a remote environment. You will assist clients with trip planning, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent service from start to finish,  all while learning about incredible destinations around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing customized travel itineraries for individuals, couples, and families.

• Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.

• Provide timely communication and professional guidance to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.

• Stay informed about travel trends, supplier offers, and destination highlights.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.

• Basic computer and internet proficiency.

• Prior travel or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
