Role Summary
Scrum Master and Project Management certifications are mandatory
Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in SANTECHTURE, which includes managing a project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. The Project Manager acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and serves as a key escalation point. The successful project manager will deploy PMP best practices while managing his/her project.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set project goals and develop project plans to meet those goals
- Lead major project events on behalf of SANTECHTURE
- Able to understand the projects scope and use that as a guide to project activities
- Able to correlate Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) concepts to project activities
- Prepare status report on the progress of the projects.
- Maintain project timeframes & budgets estimates
- Manage SANTECHTURE project resources
- Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Use project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Able to create & deliver effective presentations
- Conduct risk assessments for projects
- Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Project Governance: This involves defining project criteria, selecting projects that align to business goals and advising management with cost-benefit ratio.
- Defining the Project Management Methodology: Defining the project management methodology that will be used on a project, such as waterfall or an agile framework Best Practices: This includes standardizing and consolidating best practices and processes across departments to manage and deliver projects.
- Common Corporate Culture: Here, the Project Manager sets common project culture through communication and training on techniques, methodologies and best practices.
- Resource Management: Project Managers manage and allocate resources across projects based on priorities, schedules, budgets and more.
- Creates Project Archives, Tools and More: The project manager provides administrative support and invests in templates, tools, software and more to better manage projects.
General responsibilities:
- Represent SANTECHTURE with clients an in various industry events and exhibitions related to business rules and claims scrubbing technologies
- Oversee the communication with business units to gather, analyze, and define business rules logic.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on progress and delivery timelines utilizing the standard company task management software.
- Report and escalate exceptions and delays on delivery of planned activities within acceptable timeframes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A] Professional Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of the KSA RCM processes and best practices is must.
- Any additional professional certifications in line with the role will be an added
advantage.
B] Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, in healthcare industry
- Experience with developing GANTT Charts and project management tools such as MSProject.
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
