Live Game Host / Presenter

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting/presenting a
number of different games to the camera for live players, including Live Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. You will deal with all casino games and carry out all gaming operations to the required standard of efficiency, security and customer service in accordance with all company procedures and current legislation.The role demands high standards of customer inter-action and as such a pleasing personality is an extremely important factor.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• To be technically competent in dealing all casino games and to carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures to the required standard and inline with Gambling Commission Regulations, Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and company gaming procedures.
• To give clear and confident commentary throughout all games and maintain the required level of
  table security, ensuring that any problems are brought to the attention of the supervisor.

Customer Care:

• To project the brand image by ensuring personal appearance is always of the highest standard.
• To be able to explain fully the games rules to customers while adopting a pleasant, professional and positive manner with all customers, anticipating their needs and passing customer
  complaints to the supervisor in a calm, professional manner.
• To demonstrate awareness of customers and their mode of play, responding to their requests where appropriate.
• To acknowledge and greet all customers to the gaming tables, smiling and making eye contact with each customer.
• To demonstrate the correct balance between customer focus and the relevant pace of game.

Qualifications:

Educated to secondary school level
