We're looking for a high-impact BI & Automation specialist to take full ownership of an established reporting environment and drive automation across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on building smart data solutions, streamlining processes, and delivering meaningful insights to executive teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage the full BI reporting environment (data models, dashboards, pipelines)
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
• Lead automation initiatives to eliminate manual processes across finance and operations
• Build and manage Power Automate workflows (approvals, notifications, document routing)
• Create ETL pipelines and integrations, particularly with SAP
• Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, and system performance
• Work closely with executives to deliver strategic, data-driven insights
• Train and support business users on BI tools and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Relevant degree (IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance or similar)
• 5+ years' experience in BI and automation
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Power Automate
• Experience with SAP data extraction and integration
• Proven track record in:
  • Managing BI environments
  • Building dashboards and reporting pipelines
  • Driving automation projects
• Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with senior stakeholders

Bonus Skills

• Power Apps experience
• Strong documentation and training capabilities
• Experience improving business processes through automation
