About the Role

A leading Managed IT Service Provider based in Sunningdale, Cape Town is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level IT Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and tech-driven individual who wants to build hands-on experience in the IT support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Assist with Microsoft 365 user support and administration

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment

• Support network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation

• Assist senior technicians with IT projects and upgrades

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin / Azure

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Valid South African drivers license (essential)

• Relevant IT qualification preferred (not mandatory)

• Immediate availability advantageous
