About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner from the Gaming Software industry who will take full ownership of gaming products from concept through to end-of-life.

This individual will not only drive product strategy and delivery but will also actively manage and lead development teams, ensuring execution, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Gaming industry experience (software environment)

• Proven experience managing development teams

Hardware-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage gaming software products throughout their lifecycle

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy

• Manage and lead software development teams

• Translate business and player requirements into clear backlogs and deliverables

• Develop BRDs and FRDs

• Work closely with stakeholders, Sales, and Marketing

• Monitor product performance and competitor landscape

• Manage budgets including cost and margin analysis

• Report on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation strategies

• Ensure on-time, high-quality product releases

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years Product Owner / Product Management experience

• Proven experience in the gaming software industry

• Demonstrated experience managing and driving software development teams

• Strong Agile methodology knowledge

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership ability

• Strong technical understanding of software environments
