We are recruiting high-performing External Sales Consultants for a leading company in the property finance space.

This is a target-driven, field sales role — not office-based.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years external sales experience (finance, insurance, banking, property preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting targets
• Strong ability to self-generate leads
• Own reliable vehicle + valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
• Clear credit record

Package

• Basic: R15,000
• Settling allowance (first 6 months)
• Commission (0.3% after R2.5m target achieved)
