Product Specialist (Electronic Safety Systems – Mining)
Location: Head Office
Reporting to: Lead Product Specialist
The Product Specialist is responsible for providing deep technical knowledge of the companys products and supporting both internal teams and customers. The role bridges engineering, sales, product development, and customer support, ensuring products are correctly implemented, tested, and improved based on feedback from the field.
The role also includes technical audits, inspections, and compliance verification of engineering specifications on client installations, as well as assisting with testing new hardware/software and product demonstrations.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
Education

Bachelors Degree in:

Electronics Engineering OR

Red Seal Electrical Trade Test
Experience
Minimum 3 years in:

Product management or

Technical support or similar role

Mining support or field services environment
Technical Knowledge
Experience working with:

Safety equipment

PDS / CAS technology (Proximity Detection Systems)
Other Requirements

Valid drivers licence

Technical Support
