SASSO Consulting is expanding – and we are looking for experienced, self-driven recruiters who are ready to build, bill and grow with us.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for recruiters who understand the full 360 recruitment cycle and can operate independently.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years proven recruitment experience

• Full 360 recruitment capability (sourcing, interviewing, client management, placements)

• Ability to generate and close new business

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and self-managed

• Professional and client-focused

Requirements:

• Own laptop / computer

• Stable, high-speed internet

• Own recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc. – preferred)

• Dedicated workspace

Remuneration:

• Commission-only structure

• Highly competitive commission splits

• Unlimited earning potential

• No salary cap

KPI Expectations:

• Monthly revenue targets

• Monthly new business generation

• Consistent candidate pipeline activity

• Professional reporting and accountability
