About the Role
We are looking for an AI Integration Engineer to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world business systems. This role focuses on integrating AI solutions (such as LLMs, automation tools, and machine learning models) into platforms like CRM systems, ERP solutions, and custom business applications.
You will play a critical role in helping organisations adopt AI at scale, improving efficiency, automation, and decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google AI) into business systems
- Connect AI solutions to CRM, ERP, and internal platforms
- Design and build automation workflows using AI tools
- Develop and maintain APIs and middleware for seamless system communication
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI integrations
- Troubleshoot and optimise AI-powered workflows and applications
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and integration best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (LLMs, NLP, automation)
- Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of data formats (JSON, XML) and data pipelines
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, vector databases, or RAG architectures
- Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background in software engineering or systems integration
- Experience working in AI-driven or digital transformation projects
