Position: Labour Legal Advisor (Junior to Intermediate Level)
Location: Gauteng
Salary: R28,000 basic + allowances
We are recruiting a Labour Legal Advisor for a well-established labour consulting environment operating nationally. This role is suited to a junior-to-intermediate legal practitioner with strong hands-on labour law experience and a passion for practical execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients at the CCMA and relevant Bargaining Councils (Conciliations and Arbitrations), chairing disciplinary and incapacity hearings, advising on misconduct and grievance procedures, and providing day-to-day labour law guidance to clients. The role involves drafting pleadings, arbitration bundles, employment contracts, workplace policies, and formal legal correspondence.
This is a client-facing, operational role requiring confidence, professionalism, and the ability to manage matters independently.
Minimum Requirements:

LLB qualification (Admitted Attorney preferred)

2–4 years practical CCMA representation experience

Strong disciplinary and labour advisory exposure

Own reliable vehicle

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
