ERP Consultant – Bryanston (On-site)

A well-established ERP consulting firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Consultant to join their growing team based in Bryanston. This role is ideal for a professional with strong functional and implementation experience who is passionate about optimising business processes through ERP technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing (FAT/UAT), training, go-live support, and post-implementation assistance. The role requires close collaboration with clients to understand operational challenges, identify inefficiencies, reduce manual processes and data duplication, and re-engineer workflows supported by ERP solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience

• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and/or Epicor Kinetic (advantage)

• BCom or equivalent tertiary qualification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Microsoft SQL knowledge and strong Excel capability (advantage)
