About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a global delivery team. This role is ideal for a candidate transitioning from a technical background (e.g., Network Engineering) into project management.

You will support the planning and delivery of technical projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Liaise with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Track progress and provide regular status updates
• Support documentation, reporting, and governance processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Requirements

• Background in Network Engineering / IT Infrastructure (highly advantageous)
• 1–3 years experience in a project coordination / junior PM role OR strong technical experience with desire to move into PM
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, global environment

Nice to Have

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (or working towards)
• Experience working with global teams
• Exposure to tools like Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.
