About the Role

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal platforms that enable AI teams to develop, deploy, and scale machine learning and generative AI solutions efficiently.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI, focusing on creating robust systems that power AI innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal AI platforms and tooling
• Develop scalable infrastructure for ML and AI workloads
• Enable model training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to streamline workflows
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
• Manage cloud-based AI environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security
• Support experimentation and rapid prototyping for AI teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or backend engineering
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Familiarity with ML/AI workflows and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience building scalable, production-grade systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps frameworks
• Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI platforms
• Knowledge of data pipelines and big data tools
• Background in supporting AI or data science teams
