AI Trainer / AI Content Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an AI Trainer / AI Content Specialist to help improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI systems. This role focuses on training AI models through data labeling, output review, content evaluation, and prompt tuning.

The ideal candidate has strong language skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in how AI tools learn and improve. You will work closely with AI, product, and operations teams to ensure model outputs are accurate, relevant, safe, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Label, classify, and annotate data used for AI model training
• Review AI-generated outputs for quality, relevance, tone, and accuracy
• Identify patterns in model errors and provide structured feedback for improvement
• Write, test, and refine prompts to improve AI performance and consistency
• Develop prompt libraries, response guidelines, and evaluation frameworks
• Support model tuning by comparing outputs and ranking response quality
• Ensure training data and AI responses align with company standards and policies
• Help create content instructions, rubrics, and workflows for AI evaluation tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, product, and operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI training processes and documentation

Requirements

• Experience in content review, copywriting, editing, quality assurance, annotation, or AI training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and make sound judgment calls
• Comfortable working with AI tools, digital platforms, and structured data tasks
• Understanding of prompt engineering, content evaluation, or language model behavior is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly organized with good time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI data labeling, RLHF, prompt tuning, or model evaluation
• Background in linguistics, journalism, communications, education, English, or a related field
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and large language models
• Experience creating training documentation, style guides, or quality rubrics
• Exposure to multilingual content review is beneficial
