A leading supplier of premium commercial office furniture is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their Johannesburg team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with architects, interior designers, project managers, and corporate clients to deliver innovative workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, and corporate clients.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product specifications, and proposals.
• Manage projects from order confirmation through delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
• Develop new business within the architecture, design, and commercial property sectors.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in external B2B sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing client projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Computer literate with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable visiting client sites throughout Gauteng.
