About the Role

A leading player in the healthcare sector is seeking a Product Specialist within the Cardiothoracic division to drive sales, support clinical procedures, and build strong relationships within hospital environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background who has moved into sales or is looking to transition into a commercial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
• Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Cardiologists
  • Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeons
  • ICU and theatre staff
• Provide clinical and technical product support during procedures
• Conduct product training, demonstrations, and in-service sessions
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
• Support implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and stock management

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified:
  • Perfusionist OR
  • Cardiac Scrub Nurse OR
  • Cardiac ICU Nurse
• Minimum 3 years medical sales experience (cardiac or related field preferred)
• Strong clinical knowledge with ability to engage in theatre environments
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
