Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional, well-spoken and highly confident individual to join our team as a Cold Caller / Business Development Executive.
This role focuses on engaging high-income individuals and business owners, requiring someone who can communicate professionally and confidently at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level cold calling to business owners, professionals, and high earners (R200k+ pm)
- Build trust and rapport quickly with high-net-worth individuals
- Identify and qualify premium opportunities
- Develop your own pipeline of high-quality clients
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for targeted lead generation (advantage)
- Maintain professional and polished communication at all times
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Well-spoken and articulate – able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Highly confident – comfortable speaking to senior and successful individuals
- Strong telephone presence and ability to hold a conversation with authority
- Proven experience in cold calling / sales / business development
