Are you a hands-on ERP technical expert looking to work on complex, enterprise-level environments?

A well-established and highly respected ERP consulting and technology company is seeking a Technical Specialist – ERP Platforms to join their growing team. This is a senior, delivery-focused role offering exposure to multiple ERP systems, modern architectures, and large-scale client environments across various industries including manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical deployment, support, and optimisation of ERP environments across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based architectures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, configuring, and supporting ERP systems across diverse environments
• Managing upgrades, patches, and performance optimisation
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
• Supporting ERP integrations and multi-system environments
• Working with Microsoft Azure to design and maintain hybrid architectures
• Managing ERP environments hosted via IIS
• Collaborating with developers, consultants, project managers, and clients
• Coordinating third-party vendors and service providers
• Ensuring security, compliance, and best practice governance across environments

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in ERP or enterprise systems
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms (non-negotiable)
• Solid understanding of on-prem, hybrid, and cloud ERP deployments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and IIS
• Ability to work independently while guiding and supporting others
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Bonus Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Finance & Supply Chain)
• Exposure to Epicor or similar ERP systems
• Experience in complex, multi-client environments
