A leading Skills & Training Compliance Consultancy is seeking a high-performing Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) to join their team in Paulshof, Sandton. This is an office-based position with regular client visits; therefore, a reliable vehicle is essential.

Key Purpose of the Role

As an SDF, you will play an integral role in planning, implementing, and reporting on all training, SETA, and Employment Equity activities for allocated clients.
Your work ensures legislative compliance, maximises grant opportunities, and supports organisational growth holistically.

Skills Development Facilitator

Responsibilities

WSP/ATR Management

  • Draft, submit, and follow up on WSP/ATR submissions.

  • Ensure SETA access, stay updated on requirements, and resolve submission queries.

  • Apply for Discretionary Grants, manage MOAs, and track approvals & payments.

    Skills Development Facilitator

Employment Equity Duties

  • Draft Employment Equity Reports (EEA2 & EEA4).

  • Support clients with DOL submissions & audits.

  • Provide templates, ensure compliance, and obtain acknowledgement letters.

    Skills Development Facilitator

Client & SETA Liaison

  • Act as primary contact between client, SETA, and the organisation.

  • Advise clients on SETA and quality assurance requirements.

  • Manage SETA transfers, attend workshops, and communicate SETA initiatives.

    Skills Development Facilitator

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

  • Manage client projects end-to-end.

  • Ensure service delivery against agreed timelines and resolve queries promptly.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with cancellations, suspensions, and administrative issues.

  • Promote additional training and services.

  • Present training voluntarily and support with certificates & articles.
