Business Development Executive (Junior)

Job Overview: We are looking for a junior Business Development Executive with 2–3 years proven sales experience — this is not a first-time sales role. You already know you love sales, and you have the track record to prove it.

You will be selling B2B services to business owners and Sales/Marketing Executives. This is a service-based solution, not a consumable product — so experience in service sales is highly preferred..

Location: Randburg (current) Edenvale (late 2026 – TBC)
Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 basic + commission (OTE ±R26,000/month)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years sales experience
• Service sales experience preferred — must understand how to sell intangible solutions, not just physical products
• Comfortable with telephonic sales and cold calling
• Own reliable vehicle and willing to commute to Randburg (and later Edenvale)
• Proven track record of performance and commission earnings
• Must be comfortable with payslip verification (last 6 months)

• Build a new client portfolio from scratch
• Prospect and cold call to generate new business leads
• Secure new business meetings and close deals
• Manage and grow client accounts once signed
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
• Build strong B2B relationships with business decision-makers
