Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Business Architecture Architects to develop, maintain and optimise enterprise business architecture frameworks, operating models, business capabilities and organisational transformation strategies within complex enterprise environments.

The successful candidates will be responsible for translating organisational strategy into structured business architecture models, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operating processes, organisational capabilities, information requirements and technology investments.

This role requires extensive expertise in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business capability modelling, operating model design, value stream mapping, strategic planning and enterprise transformation.

The ideal candidates will have proven experience developing business architecture frameworks, conducting business capability assessments, defining current-state and future-state operating models and supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work with senior business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technology leaders and transformation teams to establish a clear architectural view of how an organisation operates and how its capabilities must evolve to achieve strategic objectives.

This is a specialist architecture role requiring practical experience designing and maintaining enterprise business architecture, rather than general business analysis, project management or process documentation alone.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Architecture Development

  • Develop, implement and maintain enterprise business architecture frameworks, principles, standards and methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Management, Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Typically 5–8+ years of relevant professional experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, business transformation or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing enterprise business architecture models, frameworks and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining business capability maps.
  • Practical experience designing current-state and target-state operating models.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture principles, frameworks and methodologies.
