C2C Package: R500,000 – R600,000 OTE (60% Basic / 40% Commission)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven, results-focused New Business Sales Executive to join a fast-growing IoT and connectivity solutions business.
This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new clients, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals within the IoT / telecoms / connectivity space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets
- Promote and sell IoT, connectivity, and SaaS-based solutions
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within your assigned vertical
- Engage with clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting via CRM
- Work closely with internal product and support teams to ensure successful delivery
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years new business sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Experience selling complex / solution-based offerings
- Strong hunter mentality (this is not an account management role)
- Experience in IoT, telecoms, connectivity, or tech solutions highly advantageous
- Existing network / client base is beneficial
