Property Finance Consultant (External Sales)

We are currently recruiting 20 high-performing Sales Consultants across South Africa for a leading company in the property finance / home loans space.

This is a high-performance, external sales role suited to individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Locations Available

Gauteng & Inland: Pretoria, East Rand, Gauteng South (2), West Rand, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein

Cape Town: Tyger Valley (3), Kenilworth, Somerset West

KZN & Coastal: Durban (2), Ballito, Richards Bay, PMB, Hillcrest, Port Elizabeth

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

- Generating your own leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships

- Building relationships with estate agents and other referral sources

- Conducting financial needs analysis with clients

- Structuring and selling tailored home loan solutions

- Managing the full sales process from prospecting to deal closure

- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

This is a field-based role, not office-based.

Minimum Requirements

- 2–3 years external sales experience (finance, insurance, banking, property or similar)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong ability to self-source leads

- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)

- Matric (essential)

- Clear credit record

- Able to work independently and manage a pipeline

Package & Earning Potential

- Basic Salary: R15,000 per month

Settling-In Allowance:

R10,000 (Months 1–3)

R6,000 (Month 4)

R4,000 (Month 5)

R3,000 (Month 6)

Commission: Average 0.3% on deals closed

Commission payable once minimum monthly target of R2.5 million is achieved
