Job Summary and Qualifications

• Provides departmental leadership, improves organizational performance, and manages environment of care, budget, staffing, and quality of care. Works under the supervision of the CNO.

What qualifications you will need:

• 2+ years of Recent ACUTE CARE Manager/ Director Experience in the CVICU REQUIRED
• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• BSN REQUIRED
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
