Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a tax controversy counsel in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of tax litigation experience.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Tax court experience is required.

• Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred.

• A strong academic record and analytical skills are required.
