This Is a Perm Placement Position.

  • Salary and shift differential pay; $29-$43.50/$8 on-call pay
  • Work hours and on-call hours required; 12, 10, or 9-hour shifts, days/evenings with on-call
  • Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation
  • 20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in the first check, 5K at the end of 1 year. 10k at the end of year two.
  • Number of beds in unit/unit size; 4 CVOR first starts/2-3 cases per day to follow/planned expansion to 5th Flip room
  • Clinician/patient ratio; 2:1
  • Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements; BLS, ACLS, and ADN or BSN                                                                                                                                                                                       

Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in the unit; Complex cardiovascular conditions: CABG, Dissections, Cardiogenic Shock, Heart & Lung Transplants, Valve Replacements, Ventricular Assist Device Insertions, Complex TAVR; Artificial Heart Transplantation; Device/Assessment management: ECMO, Impella, Balloon pump, Vasopressor management & titration, Rapid Transfusion, Open chest defibrillation.  

Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
Associates degree from an accredited college or University

Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University
