About the job Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Hospital Experience Required: Candidates must possess prior experience working within a hospital setting.
- Executive Financial Leadership Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of executive financial leadership experience, preferably at the director level or higher, with a strong preference for CFO experience. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare is required.
- Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. While not mandatory, holding a CPA designation is highly advantageous.
- Responsibilities: This role involves partnering with senior leadership teams to establish long-term growth strategies and is accountable for overseeing the overall operating budget for each location.
- Onsite Position: This is a fully onsite position; remote work is not available. The candidate's time will be divided between the two locations. The office closest to the candidate's home will be designated as their primary office, and they will receive travel reimbursement for onsite visits to the other location.
- Compensation: Salary and shift differential pay will be provided. Starting compensation begins at $250K and will increase based on candidate experience.
