Junior Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Junior Operations Manager to help bring structure and efficiency to our growing startup. Youll work across teams to support the setup and improvement of core operational processes in sales, marketing, service delivery, finance, and HR. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure and grow into a more senior operations leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing operational processes and systems across departments.

• Help organise and streamline workflows to improve day-to-day efficiency.

• Monitor internal operations and suggest improvements to reduce bottlenecks.

• Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams.

• Support leadership with tracking KPIs, preparing reports, and pulling data insights.

• Assist with vendor management, subscriptions, and basic budgeting tasks.

• Ensure team tools, documentation, and systems are up to date and functioning well.

• Help maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a fast-paced startup/business environment.

• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.

• Process-minded you enjoy creating order and solving inefficiencies.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with basic tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Asana, Notion, Trello), spreadsheets, etc.

• Eager to learn and grow into a more senior operational leadership role over time.
