About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design work. You will play a key role in developing engaging visuals that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, branding assets, presentations, website visuals, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Provide creative input on branding and visual identity initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Skills:
    • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
    • Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
    • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
    • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (optional but preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (advantageous but not required).
  • Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.
