About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented DTP Operator / Repro Artist to produce accurate, repro-ready artwork that supports exceptional final output while minimising risk, turnaround time, and production costs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven retail environment, has a strong understanding of print production workflows, and enjoys working with high-volume retail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce technically accurate and high-quality artwork in line with briefs and allocated timelines
• Ensure seamless and accurate integration of jobs from RMS into Adobe InDesign
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate layout, retouching, quality, or briefing issues when required
• Follow RMS workflow and sign-off procedures before final production and distribution
• Maintain organised backup records and archive approved artwork within the RMS Guardbook system
• Support the smooth delivery of retail advertising material across various production channels

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3–4 years' experience within a fast-paced retail or production environment
• Strong retail layout and artwork production experience
• Excellent understanding of the print repro and production process
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects
• Mac OSX literate
• Strong technical accuracy and quality control capabilities
