About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to support the successful execution of retail advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys working across teams, and has a passion for retail marketing operations.

You will play a key role in managing campaign workflows through the Retail Management System (RMS), ensuring briefs, amendments, and promotional material are accurately coordinated and delivered on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage briefs, amendments, and campaign updates within the RMS system
• Ensure accurate data capturing, scheduling, and reporting across campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery
• Monitor campaign progress and provide daily status updates
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all uploads and outputs
• Track Critical Path Timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Support the overall execution of retail advertising operations in a high-performance environment

What We're Looking For

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 2–5 years' experience in Retail Advertising, Marketing Coordination, or a similar environment
• Exposure to project management processes is advantageous
• Strong computer literacy, including:
  • Apple Mac
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Chase
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
