About the Company

Our client helps businesses get better deals on software. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in London, the company has grown organically with no external funding. They are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support and scale their hiring efforts as the business grows.

Role Overview

This role will support end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple roles and geographies. Working closely with founders and hiring managers, you will help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while contributing to building structured, scalable recruitment processes.

This is an opportunity for an early-career recruiter to take on meaningful ownership and grow into a more strategic talent role.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Support

  • Support internal recruitment across multiple roles
  • Proactively source and engage relevant candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines

Hiring Process Coordination

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Screen candidates and manage interview coordination
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Support offer management and hiring administration

Agency & External Support

  • Assist in coordinating with external recruitment partners where needed
  • Support management of briefs and communication with agencies

Vendor Expert Interview Programme

  • Help identify and coordinate interviews with software vendor experts
  • Support scheduling and organisation of interviews
  • Contribute to maintaining the internal knowledge base

Process & Quality

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain organisation across hiring workflows
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes over time

Candidate Profile

  • 1+ year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
  • Strong interest in sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility
  • Able to collaborate with remote, global teams

Logistics

  • 12-month contract as an independent consultant, with potential extension
  • Fully remote; must be based in South Africa
  • Working hours should allow for overlap with UK time
