The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Print Solutions to take full ownership of a high-value print portfolio and drive commercial performance, innovation, and market leadership.

This is a strategic, revenue-driving role responsible for shaping product direction, influencing go-to-market strategy, and scaling a solutions-led portfolio in a competitive B2B environment.

You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, and market strategy, directly impacting growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.

Your Mandate

  • Own and scale a high-value print portfolio
  • Drive product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle performance
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Influence executive-level decisions through data and insight
  • Lead vendor relationships and commercial negotiations
  • Enable sales teams to perform at a high level

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned to business growth objectives
  • Develop and own multi-year product roadmaps
  • Identify new market opportunities, vertical strategies, and solution innovation
  • Drive portfolio performance and long-term competitiveness

Commercial Ownership

  • Own pricing strategy, margins, and overall product performance
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer demand
  • Monitor and optimise market share, pricing, and profitability
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and commercial success

Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement

  • Design and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Equip sales teams with clear positioning, messaging, and tools
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and channel initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales execution

Vendor and Partner Management

  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
  • Negotiate pricing, agreements, and commercial terms
  • Align vendor strategy with broader business objectives

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage full lifecycle from concept through to end-of-life
  • Ensure continuous product improvement and market relevance
  • Develop tailored solutions for key customer segments and industries

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, service delivery, and leadership teams
  • Act as the central point of expertise for product-related decisions
  • Drive alignment across internal teams to execute effectively

Requirements

Experience

  • 5 to 10+ years in Product Management within print, office automation, imaging, or document solutions
  • Proven experience driving product performance and revenue growth
  • Strong background in pricing, go-to-market execution, and portfolio management
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners

Advantageous

  • Experience in Managed Print Services or solutions-led environments
  • Exposure to enterprise or B2B sales environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
