Are you an experienced custom closet installer ready to lead a team?

SAVAL Recruiting is proud to partner with CITY Furniture to identify a Closet Installation Manager to oversee custom closet, garage storage, and shelving installations across the Tampa and Orlando markets.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone with strong technical installation experience and the ability to coach and develop installers.

If you've been a Lead Installer and are ready to step into management, this is your move.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support custom closet and garage installations in the field
• Troubleshoot complex installs and non-standard home conditions
• Train and develop a team of 6–8 installers (W-2 and 1099)
• Conduct quality control audits and enforce installation standards
• Drive performance metrics: first-time completion rate, rework, efficiency
• Ensure safe installation practices and professional in-home conduct
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Customer Care teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on custom installation experience
• 2+ years leading installers or managing field teams
• Expert knowledge of closets, garage systems, shelving, carpentry, wall mounting, overhead storage
• Strong problem-solving skills in non-standard home environments
• Professional, customer-facing presence
• Valid drivers license with clean record
• Bonus if you have trade or installation certifications.
