Summary: The International Residential Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets for residential properties on a global scale. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of the international residential sales process.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international residential property sales targets. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate marketing campaigns for international projects, devising engaging activities to capture the attention of our target audience and prospective buyers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the team in each country, international clients, real estate agents, developers, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed about global real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors that may impact the international residential property market. Use this information to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. Highlight the unique selling points of residential properties and address client concerns.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations for the sale of residential properties, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and review of sales contracts and agreements. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Performance Tracking (Sales Pipeline Report): Monitor and report on sales performance, sales metrics, and revenue targets. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and tracking expenditures related to sales activities.
- Market Expansion: Identify new markets and opportunities for international residential property sales. Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in the commercial/corporate office sector
- Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects, on time and within budget
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and building regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are a must
