Job brief

Savills (Thailand) Limited is seeking a driven and experienced GSA Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This is a full-time role with a 6-day working week, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of guest service agents within the hospitality and tourism industry.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest services team, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest experience
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of guest service agents, including performance management and professional development
  • Liaising with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

    • Significant experience (at least 2 years) in a similar guest services or hospitality management role
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuously improving the guest experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both guests and other departments
    • Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
    • Familiarity with hotel or condominium guest services operations and relevant regulations
