Job brief
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Property Management and Agency CRM application projects, overseeing planning, execution, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, communication, and integration of efforts.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Engage with vendors and internal teams to define project scopes and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage risks for effective mitigation.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and address key decisions.
- Establish rollout strategies for new technologies, converting strategies into execution plans for seamless adoption.
- Support business users during testing stages, prepare training, and conduct walkthroughs.
- Develop detailed project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with local stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and IT, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, business administration, real estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise-level Project Management experience and at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in complete project development life cycles.
- Strong vendor management skills focusing on scoping, delivery, and relationship building.
- Proficient in use case development, data migration, testing, and training.
- Proficiency in project documentation and practices.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Organized, self-driven, with adept problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Positive, proactive team player capable of driving projects locally.
- Ability to work well under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience in managing projects related to property management, procurement, finance accounting, or human resources is a bonus.
