Overall, the Senior Analyst - Research and Consultancy role requires strong analytical skills, research capabilities, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality insights and solutions to clients or internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis on various topics related to the industry or sector of focus.
  • Providing the proposal with scope of work and the service fee to the clients.
  • Working with the regional team to produce the newsletter quarterly or when assigned.
  • Collecting and synthesizing data from multiple sources to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Developing comprehensive reports, presentations, and other deliverables based on research findings.
  • Providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with team members to design research methodologies and approaches.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver value-added services.
  • Contributing to the development of new research initiatives and methodologies to enhance the firm's capabilities.

Requirements

    • Educated to degree level in Economics, Finance or Real Estate.
    • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
    • Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail is essential.
    • Previous experience in research or general analytical role welcomed;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), other software skills a plus.
    • Fluent written/spoken English, second language or Mandarin Chinese advantageous.
