Student Intern (Assistant Research Analyst and Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and investment insights

- Support consultants in client projects and advisory work

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Architecture or related field

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (knowledge of data tools is a plus)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team
