Student Intern (Engineering & Technician)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Student Intern (Engineering & Technician) to support our Engineering team within the Property Management division. The intern will assist in building maintenance, technical inspections, and day‑to‑day engineering operations while gaining practical exposure to real estate facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers and technicians with routine building inspections.
• Support preventive maintenance activities (PM schedule, equipment checks).
• Help with basic repair tasks such as lighting, plumbing, and general fixtures.
• Update maintenance logs and technical records.
• Assist in monitoring building systems: HVAC, electrical, water pumps, safety equipment.
• Support work order processing and follow-ups with contractors.
• Help ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance tasks.
• Join site engineers in tenant unit inspections or move‑in/move‑out checks.
• Record technical data, inspection results, and maintenance updates.
• Help prepare simple technical reports, checklists, and daily logs.
• Support filing, equipment inventory updates, and parts tracking.

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only.
• Current university/college student in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Basic understanding of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC) is an advantage.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work on-site.
• Good attitude and willingness to support hands‑on tasks.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer use (MS Office, email).
