Junior IT Project Manager

Job brief

Savills (Thailand) Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior IT Project Manager to support and lead technology initiatives across our business. This role will be responsible for managing Property Management and Agency CRM application projects, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with business analysis skills and has experience managing enterprise applications throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Property Management and Agency CRM system projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical feasibility in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to establish project requirements, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and key decisions.
• Develop rollout and change management strategies to support successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, data migration activities, and training programs.
• Conduct user training sessions, system walkthroughs, and provide post-implementation support when required.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality only.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business-facing role.
• Proven experience managing projects through the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or Project Development Lifecycle.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in project scoping, delivery management, and relationship building.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, use case development, testing, data migration, training, and change management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and documentation best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements.

• Experience managing projects related to:

  • CRM Platforms
  • Procurement Systems
  • Finance & Accounting Applications
  • Human Resources Systems
• Knowledge of the real estate or property services industry is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are a plus.
