Job brief
To coordinating with landlords, verifying property details, assisting the sales team with sourcing, and preparing reports and marketing materials. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- To update the residential property listings as data input on a daily basis.
- To update the property listings on the Companys website and affiliated listing platforms.
- To contact property owners regularly for updates on their property status.
- To check newspaper advertisements and websites for new stock opportunities.
- To assist the sales staff finding hot and new properties from the stock or from other sources to match with the clients' requirements.
- Frequently to check websites where properties are listed.
- To receive phone calls, emails and letter from landlords wishing to either rent out or sell their residential or commercial properties. To complete all details of the properties on property registration forms and to enter the verified data into the stock.
- To call landlords, other property companies and other to get updated information on residential or commercial properties, accommodation availability, rental prices and other information.
- To research and gather some information of commercial and residential properties.
- To enter data into website and other listing platforms to update data on the website based on information received.
- To prepare monthly clients reports from all sources, website, phone calls, email, agents.
- To assist the sales team with finding phone numbers for landlords and obtaining other data on properties as required.
- To assist sale team preparing the property factsheet for clients as required.
- To prepare and send monthly newsletter to the potential clients and other agents.
- To establish and maintain all document files, business contact and other useful contacts related to the department's requirements.
- To receive telephone calls and take telephone messages.
- To perform stenographic and typing work as required.
- To arrange courier and messenger services as require.
Requirements
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience 2 - 3 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or real estate operations.
- Experience in property listing platforms, CRM systems, client communication, or sales support is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and property updates.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with landlords, agents, and clients.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, documents, and contacts efficiently.
- Team collaboration to support the sales team effectively.
- Ability to handle phone calls and emails professionally.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English are essential.
