Mass Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Prepare employment offers and support salary discussions within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain onboarding and probation-related documentation.
• Follow up on new hire performance and collect probation evaluation forms from hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Track hiring progress and prepare recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and support process improvements.
• Participate in job fairs, open houses, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass or high-volume hiring.
• Experience in onboarding coordination and probation administration is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ATS and online recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
• Good command of Thai and English.
