Job brief

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Write training manuals.
• Train computer users.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for staff need help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up on site to ensure issue has been resolved.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality Only
• Bachelors Degree: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Application Support, and Hardware Management Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Familiar with Office 365 (SharePoint / OneDrive / Team) would be an advantage Basic accounting knowledge an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill and service minded
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Passion, Positive and Creative to continue development the personal skills
• Self-motivated, active and hard-working
• Good Command of English
