About the job Talent Acquisition Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit intern and entry-level positions.
Support the new joiners signing and collecting onboarding documents.
Scan and archive employee onboarding files.
Update and manage candidate data and records.
Draft and post recruitment content/communications on job platforms.
Assist in career fairs, office visits, and career events.
Format candidate CVs according to Savills' standard template for submission to
BOC/Landlords/clients.
Perform other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Open-minded, resilient, eager to learn, and agile in adjusting/adapting your scope when
needed.
Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency is required).
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to demonstrate skills in communications/content development and graphic design
(Canva, etc.).
