Intern of Property Management (Business Development focus)

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Property Management Department provides professional building management services. Savills has millions of square meters under management in Vietnam, including prime commercial space, luxury residential, shopping centers and industrial properties.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Update Business development database.
• Search new sites and projects via internet and site tours.
• Set up meetings and prepare materials for department organised events.
• Support proposal and contract preparations as required.
• Do other admin task when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)

Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday.
