POSITION OVERVIEW: The Application Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring stable operation of business applications across departments. This includes collecting user incidents, managing change requests, working closely with the regional IT team, and providing user onboarding and support to enhance system adoption and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and track incidents, change requests, and user feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with the regional IT team for troubleshooting and implementing system enhancements.
- Provide onboarding support and conduct Q&A sessions for new users.
- Deliver first-line support for core business applications (CRM, ERP, finance tools.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation, including known issues and FAQs.
- Participate in testing (UAT) and coordinate rollout activities with stakeholders.
- Monitor system usage trends and propose usability improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Application Support, IT Helpdesk, or Business Analyst roles.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom CRM) or familiarity with the finance domain is a plus.
2. Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, DevOps, Clickup) and user feedback management.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-centric.
