RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own Sales Activities:

  • Manage personal sales tasks, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Develop relationships with high-value clients and industry professionals.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the market and stay updated on key projects.

Team Leadership and Support:

  • Supervise and motivate team leaders and sales consultants to meet targets.
  • Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies and ensuring team alignment with sales plans.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coach members to achieve KPIs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales consultants.

Sales Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
  • Act as a project manager for key clients and high-profile projects, ensuring successful execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers and partners.

Operational and Administrative Support:

  • Ensure smooth daily sales operations, including workflows and reporting.
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee the preparation of performance reports and provide insights to the Sales Director.

Training and Development:

  • Design and oversee training programs to improve team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement growth plans for team members.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.


REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Communication skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and market analysis.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of personal and team sales success.
