About the job Sales Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own Sales Activities:
- Manage personal sales tasks, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals.
- Develop relationships with high-value clients and industry professionals.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the market and stay updated on key projects.
Team Leadership and Support:
- Supervise and motivate team leaders and sales consultants to meet targets.
- Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies and ensuring team alignment with sales plans.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coach members to achieve KPIs.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales consultants.
Sales Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
- Act as a project manager for key clients and high-profile projects, ensuring successful execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers and partners.
Operational and Administrative Support:
- Ensure smooth daily sales operations, including workflows and reporting.
- Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee the preparation of performance reports and provide insights to the Sales Director.
Training and Development:
- Design and oversee training programs to improve team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement growth plans for team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Communication skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and market analysis.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of personal and team sales success.
