JOB SUMMARY:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Savills, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on Email Marketing (EDM), Website SEO (on-page), and B2B engagement. Your work will drive brand awareness, improve website performance (speed, structured data), and support generation efforts. Familiarity with Salesforce EDM, HTML, and UI/UX is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Reviewing and improve site architecture, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, hreflang, schema markup, etc.
  • Optimizing page load speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS),both desktop and mobile version.
  • Identify and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, duplicate content, and broken links.
  • Updating meta tags, heading structure, and SEO-friendly URLs.
  • Implementing internal linking strategy and high-quality backlink acquisition in coordination with content or external teams.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement in search rankings and organic traffic.

2. Web Programming & Development Collaboration:

  • Working with developers to implement SEO-related code changes (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Integrating structured data (JSON-LD) to enhance rich snippet visibility.
  • Conducting A/B testing for SEO-related UI/UX improvements (if needed).

3. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitoring keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rate using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Providing data-driven SEO recommendations and solutions.

4. EDM (Email Marketing):

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce.
  • Manage and segment email lists and databases for personalized campaigns.
  • Track and optimize email performance metrics.

5. Database Management for EDM:

  • Manage the database for email marketing campaigns, ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation.
  • Develop strategies to grow and maintain a clean, up-to-date database.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO field.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (able to read and modify code).
  • Experienced in handling technical SEO issues (indexing, crawling, redirects, etc.).
  • Skilled in using SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom systems.
  • Knowledge of Git, FTP, or working on staging environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with developers, content creators, and marketers.
  • Logical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to stay updated on SEO trends.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO.
  • Preferably has experience working on large-scale websites or multilingual/eCommerce projects.
